The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) was created to lead and assist members in market development, technical expertise, design, specifications, construction and restoration. ACPA also provides national and local representation, a forum for innovation, and research for the future.

The mission of the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of ACPA is to position concrete as the preferred design choice by advancing concrete pavement as the most valuable and sustainable solution in all market segments through technical, educational and promotional support.
